Our Leadership Team With over 40 years of combined experience in advanced materials, our leadership team brought 20+ products to market for the semiconductor, green energy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Matthew D. Stephens, co-founder and CEO, brings over 20 years experience commercializing advanced materials. Prior to co-founding Impact Nano, Matt was VP Sales and Products at Air Liquide Advanced Materials and held C-level leadership roles at Voltaix and Metem. Matt has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from U. Wisconsin and an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as an industrial research scientist in the Boston area and is a co-inventor of over a dozen U.S. patents.

Mark A. Wilkinson, co-founder and COO, has 30+ years experience developing chemical, metallurgical, and pharmaceutical based technologies. Mark served in leadership and development roles at Air Liquide Advanced Materials, Voltaix, Cabot Corporation and Molten Metal Technology. He is founder and President of Impact Technology Development. Mark has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a B. Eng. from McGill. He has been granted nine U.S. patents.
